Perfect Circle Art - Terms & conditions

1. Payment, General. P.C.A. will require a deposit of 1/3 in advance of starting work. The lead time for this payment will be stated in the quote. A further payment of one third is required in advance of installation or delivery. The final third will be invoiced upon satisfactory completion of the contract and will be due within 14 days of invoice.
- P.C.A. reserve the right to change the terms of the payment schedule dependant on the scale of the project.
- If payment dates are not met P.C.A will not continue with the project.
- P.C.A. will charge interest on late payment.
- P.C.A. cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss.
2. In accordance with the conditions of sale the company reserve title in the goods until payment is received in full.
3. Copyright. General. P.C.A. Retain all copyrights on works supplied. For the purposes of authorship all artworks are from the studio of Nichol Wheatley.
4. Lead times. Standard P.C.A. lead times are three months from payment of deposit invoice.
5. These standard terms hold for all contracts unless otherwise stated and agreed prior to commencing contract.
6. Returns Policy. Artworks and Art Objects supplied by P.C.A. may only be returned subject to agreement. No Artworks or Art objects may be returned after 30 days. Artworks or Art objects must arrive back to our studio's in their ORIGINAL CONDITION and ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Any Artworks returned damaged will be billed for in full. P.C.A. reserves the right to charge a handling charge for returned artwork.
7. Delivery / installation dates will be agreed on mutual consent.
